On 29th February, 2016 a lunch took place between Links Group’s Founding Partner John Martin St.Valery, esteemed lawyers Jerry Parks of Taylor Wessing and Osama Hassan of Pinsent Masons, and reputable member of Dubai Courts, Mohamed Amin Mubasheri Al Marzooqi.

The lunch marked a special occasion for Links Group, as it was in 2002 over a similar business lunch where the same industry experts discussed the feasibility of Links Group’s corporate nominee model. From planning to development, the conceptualisation of the company was born through the sharing of industry and market knowledge.

John went on to spearhead the growth of a partnership into the corporate structure that exists today and Mohamed, who at the time was Chief Notary Public at Dubai Courts, became Links Group’s first corporate nominee local partner. Both Osama and Jerry have continued to play fundamental roles as legal advisors for the company and, as they say, the rest is history.
