Links Group is committed to implementing, maintaining and continually improving the effectiveness of its Quality Management System in conformance with the

“ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System – Requirements”

In support of these commitments, Links Group will provide the required resources needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System:

  • The infrastructure, equipment, communication and information technology to achieve conformity of products and services
  • Adequate information, instruction, training and supervision, enabling work to be carried out in-line with Links Group procedures and to conform to customers’ requirements

Links Group management shall ensure the regular monitoring, auditing and reviewing of the Quality Management System. Therefore ensuring the company operates with a logical approach to demonstrate its ability to provide products that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements and thereby enhance customer satisfaction.

Employees are expected to adhere to Links Group policy requirements, implement all quality processes & instructions, and share the responsibility to constantly improve customer satisfaction.
