Links Group is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance, quality management and corporate social responsibility. We have a number of mechanisms in place to ensure our business is accountable and operates transparently.

Organisationally, Links Group not only complies with the governance standards of the U.A.E and State of Qatar, but also holds itself and its employees to the corporate standards required from companies within the U.K. This is one of the contributing factors which resulted in Links Group being awarded 1st place for Governance in the 2015 ‘Dubai Top 100 SME Awards’.

Links Group is committed to ethical business practices and in particular, to compliance at all times. Whilst complying with the applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in all countries where the Group carries out business, it also voluntarily holds itself to the standards required in order to comply with the current U.K Anti-Corruption and Bribery Act.

Our Board of Directors – including the Owning Partners, Group Financial Director and Group General Manager – meet four times a year to oversee the company’s entire performance and management processes. Our Management team includes Senior Managers from each business function of the organisation. They meet collectively on a weekly and monthly schedule to assess the current status of the business, review strategy, develop new goals and monitor performance. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring that we are meeting, or exceeding, our core values.
